Image above shows a new PTX-110 lens adapter with fixed iris in the making. Lens mount is first designed in 3D or CAD program and later fabricated into a physical product using various technologies including 3D printing and metal shop. Prototypes and products can be made on demand.

3D design and CAD

Imagine3D software is evaluated for 3D design and 3D printing.

Metal shop

Emco Unimat 3 lathes and accessories are refurbished for metal work. Aluminum or brass parts and prototypes requiring fine threads can be fabricated.
